The 30-year old veteran from Belgium is on a roll right now. After finishing 2010 ranked #113, and playing four Challengers to start 2011 (he won the title in Guadeloupe, d. Robert in final), Rochus qualified in Miami to make the main draw then scored three straight three-set wins over Kavcic, Baghdatis and Youzhny before falling to Federer in the round of 16. This week in Monte Carlo, Rochus did it again, defeating Chela in 7-5 in the third set in the first round.
