Karl Rosenstock’s Super Slow Motion Of Djokovic

I really love these super slow motion films by my buddy Karl Rosenstock. You can really study the techniques of the best tennis players in the world. I’ve watched dozens of ATP and NCAA players and can’t get enough of them. Here’s Karl’s most recent – of ATP #1 Novak Djokovic. Enjoy and I hope it helps your game, like I believe it does mine…

My aches hurt more just watching this. Amazing flexibility.

Djok’s flexibility is nothing short of amazing. He might be the most elastic, agile player of all time. Agassi was the complete opposite, he said he never did any stretching, only to bend over to pick up his wallet, that was the extent of AA’s stretching. I heard Pete Sampras was very very agile in the shoulders and could actually touch his elbows behind his back.
