Roger Federerâs scintillating Australian Open defence continued in glorious fashion with a straight sets 3rd round victory over young American Taylor Fritz 6-2 7-5 6-2. In just under 1 hour 30 minutes the world number 3 frustrated and outfoxed the 21 year old. It's extremely rare that Roger Federer gets involved in a public feud. But the Swiss maestro had some choice words for Gerard Pique regarding the proposed Tennis World Cup event.

Former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek may have committed tennis blasphemy by asserting that Novak Djokovic is the superior player overall than Roger.
