Zverev Dreams That He Won 2025 Roland Garros

Alexander Zverev hasn’t won a Grand Slam title yet in reality but he has in a dream. On May 20th, the 28 year old winner of 24 ATP titles revealed he had a dream about finally conquering a Grand Slam tournament.
“Last night I had a dream I was lifting the Roland Garros trophy. Next month I’ll be a Grand Slam champion. Believe it.”
I don’t recall ever hearing a pro tennis player announcing such a specific dream of triumph, just weeks before the start of a Grand Slam.
Could it be a tip from the tennis gods to a great champion player who has certainly paid his dues?
Zverev is currently ranked no. 3 in the world and has a 24-9 match record this year. He is the third favorite right now at +900 after Carlos Alcaraz +125 and Jannik Sinner +175. Novak Djokovic is at +1200.

Well, he’s going to look pretty dumb now if he doesn’t the title. And that would indicate not only that he’s not good enough at tennis, but also that he’s just not that good at dreaming. 😆

Sam it was very odd for Zverev to say this. Should have waited till after he won the title to tell the dream story.

Zverev doesn’t seem to really want or need a Grand Slam title, he’s happy and content making $20m a year for playing a game.
