Wimbedon Ban Of Russians Is Pure Political Hate

Adolf Hitler allowed blacks and jews to complete in the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games and even congratulated Jesse Owens on his epic achievement of winning four Olympic gold medals in track and field.

Today, the balance of power has shifted and we have the intolerant militant political activist leftist establishment regime banning Novak Djokovic at the 2022 AO because he refused a drug shot that doesn’t work and now even Wimbledon has become politically rabid by banning all Russians from competing at the third Grand Slam tournament this summer at the All England Lawn & Tennis Club. No Russians will be able to play 2022 Wimbledon even though the players like Andrey Rublev have stated they don’t support the war Russia vs Ukraine.

What is happening politically today is quite possibly the most irrational, vicious evil we have ever seen in the history of sport.

Yep, it’s very strange how quickly the anti-Russia sentiment became the anti-Russian sentiment. I cannot comprehend where all this hate was before, all our kids have been saying is “don’t be a hater!”, and now hating on everything Russian is the badge of honor for grown-ups.

I seriously suspect that that’s been a massive manipulation of public opinion via social networks to make this happen, otherwise I simply cannot explain what how this attitude, which amounts to racism in a wider sense, could become so commonplace.

And now The Championships! Ugh. I’ve heard they are worried about the optics of Kate Middleton handing a tropy to a Russian! Wow, that would be terrible, wouldn’t it? — It would clearly be read as Kate’s support of Putin’s regime and must not not be allowed at any cost. Looking like bigoted jerks is a small price to pay.

George it’s the worst form of racism, these haters are hating all Russians, yet they always preach not to hate and accept all, love all, coexist… They preach to us that one bad person does not represent the entire certain race or religion. Yet here they are all forcing us to hate all Russians. Ridiculous to the worst extreme. Shame on Wimbedon for perpetrating this crime on humanity and equal rights.

The establishment media tells us how evil Putin is, worse than Hitler, yet the establishment is demanding all Russian tennis players to denounce Putin. Wouldn’t that jeopardize their lives? It’s crazy. How come Wimbledon didn’t demand all Americans to denounce US President for attacking Libya Syria, Iraq Serbia? Or order all Israeli athletes to denounce Netanyahu for attacking Palestine and Syria?

My mistake… Martin Irving Glickman (August 14, 1917 – January 3, 2001) was an American radio announcer who was famous for his broadcasts of the New York Knicks basketball games and the football games of the New York Giants and the New York Jets.

Glickman was a noted track and field athlete and football star at Syracuse University. He was a member of the U.S. team at the 1936 Summer Olympic Games held in Berlin, Germany. The unexplained, last-minute decision to remove Glickman and Sam Stoller—a fellow Jewish American athlete—from the 400-meter relay the 1936 Olympics, where they were replaced by Jesse Owens and Ralph Metcalfe, who easily won the gold medal, has been widely viewed as an American effort to avoid embarrassing or offending Adolf Hitler, then the Chancellor of Germany, who had been directing anti-Jewish discriminatory policies since 1933.

Met the late great Marty Glickman at old Giants Stadium 1992 as he did radio analysis for the Giants and Jets, 1992 was his last year before he retired. Kind man, friendly and engaging. Wish we did a Biofile but I didn’t think to do it. He passed in 2001 at age 83. RIP.

Scoop, I also agree with you regarding Novak and AO. The same principle applies and I think the same cause: a social media campaign against all non-vaccinated and all who are outside the official group-think on COVID.

I do believe that this is manufactured. Call me a conspiracy nut, if you like. But it’s so easy now to create tens of thousands of fake twitter accounts and post your agenda in response to real people, re-twitting other bots you control. Under this bombardment of crap most people will cave in and adjust and very soon what was an extreme position becomes acceptable to many. The bots can intentionally exaggerate e.g. call to kill the Russians, so banning them seems like a middle ground and OK-ish. Politicians are very susceptible to this because they are extremely sensitive to polls and such, so very soon your agenda becomes not just an accepted way of thinking, but a matter of public policy and everyone who stands up to question it is conveniently labeled as as a traitor and “cancelled”.

Exactly, George. And this phenomenon is called “mass-formation psychosis”! 🤪

    https://counterinformation.wordpress.com/2022/01/30/google-doesnt-want-you-to-research-mass-formation-psychosis/

Mass formation involves the formation of a hypnotic state around a shared consensus . . .

Wimbledon needs to overturn this decision to ban Russians and start the process of showing acceptance and tolerance by sport. Sabalenka, Rublev, Khachanov, Medvedev, Zverev, Zvonareva, Putintseva, etc have done nothing wrong and they should not be villainized as criminals.

Sam, He who controls the information controls the people. Trump said the media is the enemy of the people.

Sam, thanks for the link. It’s very interesting. I feel like we need to tread carefully not to wade in into conspiracy theories, but at the very least the explanation of the psychology behind this rings very true. If it’s as spontaneous thing, it’s bad, but if it’s a “cabal” exerting a form of mind control, it’s outright scary. Either way, social media must be reformed and/or regulated or we end up firmly in the Orwellian world and won’t even know how we got there, let alone who is behind it.

This demonizing and bullying innocent good hearted Russian tennis players just because of their ethnicity is unacceptable. The left has to stop inciting ethnic hatred and division. The world has had enough of it, it does not need it anymore. Wimbledon should reverse this bigoted hateful decision asap. Or the great hallowed name of “Wimbledon” will be forever tarnished.

In my opinion, the ATP should say, “If you proceed, then there will be no points awarded.” The ATP cannot condone this treatment of it’s players.

Where does it end? Why not demand everyone pledge an oath to whatever is the cause of the day?

    Matt

Good point MATT, ATP must support, defend and protect its players. NFL NHL NBA MLB do. I understand NFL and NBA has program to try to educate players on how to protect themselves from gold digger women and financial scammers. ATP needs to challenge Wimbledon on this injustice against innocent Russian players. Still bothered by how ATP did not go after the shady figure who offered the woman $80,000 to try to set up Djokovic by filming a tryst. The story just died but ATP did not pursue the woman to reveal who the blackmailer was. That was a crime that went unpunished.
