Cutting edge tennis attire innovator Uomo Sport has signed a deal with high profile coach Wim Fissette.
The very successful Dutch coach who has just taken over directing the career of world no. 1 Iga Swiatek will now exclusively wear Uomo Sport traditional style clothing.
In a social media post video, Fissette says, “So I was about seven years old when I got introduced to tennis. It became a true passion of mine. You think about maybe becoming a great tennis player one day. I never believed that this would become my job or be my life… I’ve always been interested in fashion. If I had to choose between Agassi or Sampras, but I was more like the Sampras guy. I think that’s still a bit of who I am, the classic, timeless pieces. Every age you feel really good with what you wear. I’m doing my job for fifteen years, a very important job. Now I’m 44, I feel great wearing these clothes. Uomo Sport brand is fantastic quality, timeless pieces and feels really good whenever I do my job.”
The Los Angeles, CA based Uomo Sport also endorses American Jenson Brooksby and Denmark’s August Holmgren and Donna Vekic through it’s Donna Sport brand.
Fissette’s best ranking as an ATP player was 1291 in 1999.
