On a side note I think this is one of the best interviews with Roger Federer in a long time… It actually made me adore him again and forgive after the backstabs at Djokovic. Roger at his best, brought out by Richard Pagliaro. https://www.tennisnow.com/News/2024/September/TN-Q-A-Roger-Federer-on-RF-Collection,-Design-Ins.aspx?fbclid=IwY2xjawFQKKlleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHeR9wXAc2zis0ko_o4_oyIQGT695qGseDUxKcHwxhCKPMqwDH5-5h3FaMQ_aem_XJgnUuxfHslR2aD1nFRunQ

Nice interview. He’s the perfect international tennis ambassador.

He’s one of the top ones for sure. Kind of prefer Djokovic. Federer seems to do everything for profits, Laver Cup not taken to poor nations as promised, would like to see RF give back to the sport more than take.

Not sure I’m buying the vertigo Steve. Sounds as suspect as Soderling’s supposed mono.

Jarry comes through in doubles to put Chile over the top.

Also startled to see Dancevic sporting a Grizzly Adams look for his continued coaching dutues for team Canada. He was a prospect I enjoyed back in the day. Never reached his potential.

Steve, Yes Dancevic had a big breakout early in his career in Indy and or Cincy just before US Open but he never reached that height of success again after. However The Biofile with Frank Dancevic I did at US Open one year is a top 5 all time tennis Biofile, I still remember the funny stories. https://www.tennis-prose.com/articles/frank-dancevic-biofile/
