Scoop any comment on the Paul / Kyrgios match last night? Kyrgios looks good when motivated. They were hot-dogging it some of the time but you saw some good flashes. I hope the latter can quell his insolence as he has become sensational, but equally unlikeable. The kind of ugliness you look back on a decade from now with shame. Surely some maturity will set in at 31.

Cory, Yes with his natural talent and weapons Nick is always going to leave observers wondering what will happen if this man child finally figures it out and sets his mind to being the best, which he has the goods to be. At an advanced age… like Buster Douglas, like Goran, like Capriati who made a lot of shameful mistakes and misjudgments in her youth, some so shocking they can’t be repeated (inside info). If Nick is serious about this comeback I believe he should consult with Capriati or hire her as coach. What a story it would be, the collaboration of two lost tennis souls who found their best selves in the end.
