Steffi Graf Did A Biofile Interview With Andre Agassi

There are many surprises in the Andre Agassi Open autobiography and one of the better inside scoops is when Andre reveals one of Steffi Graf’s courtship moves early in their romance.
Steffi actually turned Biofile reporter one evening and probed her suitor with some surprise questions.
On page 319 in chapter 24, Agassi writes, “I’m in Canada, she’s in New York, I’m in Vegas, she’s in Los Angeles. We stay connected by phone. One night she asks for a rundown of my favorite. Song. Book. Food. Movie.”
Andre says, “You probably never heard of my favorite movie.” Tell me, she says. “It came out several years ago. It’s called Shadowlands. It’s about C.S. Lewis, the writer.” I hear a sound like the phone dropping. “That’s impossible,” she says. “That’s simply not possible. That’s my favorite movie.”
“It’s about committing, opening yourself to love.”
“Yes,” she says, “Yes it is, I know.”
This was in 1999. The first official date of Andre and Steffi was attending the Oscar De La Hoya vs Felix Trinidad world welterweight title fight. Andre finished 1999 ranked no. 1.

I am told Steffi had some serious friendships with those three.

I dont think they are anywhere near broke or struggling but maybe running low and could face trouble in a few years without much income and a luxury expensive generous lifestyle.
