Sandgren Reigns Supreme In Miami

Tennys Sandgren showed again he’s one of the top America tennis players, with an impressive performance yesterday in Miami Beach at the Altec Styslinger Tennis Exhibition.

The ATP world no. 55 crushed Sam Querrey in the final 41 41 after surviving teenager Brandon Nakashima (ATP 220) in the semi the day before in three sets.

Sandgren has a 1-1 career head to head record vs. rival Querrey in the ATP including a 64 64 64 win at the Australian Open earlier this year in the round of 32. Querrey won their Wimbledon round of 16 match last year 64 67 76 76.

Nakashima beat no. 39 Reilly Opelka 43 43 in the third place match.

The tournament was organized by former Virginia University player JC Aragone, who also played the event, along with MacKenzie McDonald, Steve Johnson, Hubert Hurkacz,

โ€œIโ€™ve always wanted to do something like this,โ€ Aragone said in a Tennis Channel interview. โ€œI have a lot of buddies that have full courts here in Miami, and I started with a Microsoft doc with simple questions like, โ€˜Who will play my event? How will I pay these players? Where is it going to be?โ€™ You start knocking one after the other and all of a sudden, youโ€™re like, โ€˜Hey, Iโ€™ve got a pretty good group of guys. Iโ€™ve got sponsor money. It took a lot of time.โ€

Tennis Channel broadcasted the event which was contested on a private court in an upscale Miami Beach residential neighborhood featuring spectacular views of channels and hotels.

28 year old Sandgren, winner of one ATP singles title last year in Auckland, was pleased with the victory.

โ€œI was going after my shots and my backhand was there,โ€ said Sandgren after the win. โ€œMy forehand decided to be good, too. I played well. This is the most tennis Iโ€™ve played โ€“ three days in a row  โ€“ as far as match play. I thought I got better every day.โ€

Sandgren will play the Atlanta tournament next along with other Americans Taylor Fritz, John Isner, Reilly Opelka, Sam Querrey.

Sandgren is a great guy and a Trump guy. Did you see Wertheim is now attacking Isner for being Trump Maga supporter. It’s unbelievable how these leftists try to belief shame conservatives like Isner. They can’t tolerate our views. Wertheim is drumming up hate for Isner. Check out is twitter.

I haven’t read Wertheim’s attack on Isner yet, i will check it out, i know they were attacking Sandgren for a while with the usual white supremacist blablabla. It’s ridiculous when they’re attacking tennis players for their political or religious (Court) views.

Luckily they can’t infect all the fans with their bs, not even every liberal fan, Diana is an Isner fan and a liberal for example but a sensible one and she couldn’t care less Isner is a Trump supporter.

JohnnyTD, they shamed Sandgren into silence. They bullied him into silence. Now they are targeting Isner to bully and demonize. Isner has not even come out and declared he’s pro Trump, they just hate his beliefs on the virus and his twitter condemnation on the BLM rioters and assume and accuse him of being Trump MAGA and are trying to bully and ruin him like they did Margaret Court. Absolutely disgusting.

“JohnnyTD, they shamed Sandgren into silence.”

I don’t think they shamed him, i mean who cares what those hive-minded zombies think, imo he just realized it’s hopeless to argue with them and just ignored them. Often people these liberal trolls pick on try to defend themselves and present logical points to try to make them see sense but the libtards come back only with more of their echo chamber bs. I think Sam also wrote something about this, that it’s best to just ignore them.

The ATP started going downhill long ago, when ITF banned Nastase, etc. These demonrats think the world revolves around their crazy cult ideology.

That’s why it’s best to stay off “social media.” It’s nothing but a haven for troll and bullies. ๐Ÿ˜› I’m not going to bother to even look at that nonsense.

“Isner has not even come out and declared heโ€™s pro Trump”

Well, he does follow Trump on Instagram. Also, in 2018, he said he would’ve been thrilled to see Trump attend his semifinal match at Wimbledon. So, it’s safe to say he’s pro-Trump, which is fine with me. ๐Ÿ™‚

Right. I mean, you can’t reason with nonsense. As Mark Twain put it, arguing with stupid people only bring you down to their level, and then they’ll beat you with experience. ๐Ÿ˜‰ But if you ignore them, they’ll eventually get bored and look for someone more gullible to tussle with instead.

And speaking of Bible verses, there’s one that tackles this issue as well: ๐Ÿ™‚

“Do not speak to a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.” (Proverbs 23:9)
