Djokovic Determined To Erase Federer’s Records

Novak Djokovic does not beat around the bush when sharing his personal goals to the public.

The world no. 1 has made it clear he aspires to erase the most illustrious records and achievements of Roger Federer and replace them with his name.

Djokovic already leads Federer (and Nadal) in head to head matches and the most Masters 1000 wins but he’s hungry for more, namely the all time record for most weeks as world no. 1 and the granddaddy of them all, the total Grand Slam major count of 20, which the Serbian superstar still needs four more to overtake (he’s at 17 now).

Djokovic won Rome last week to take the lead in all time Masters 1000 wins with 36 over Rafa’s 35.

The ranking points from Rome guarantee that Djokovic will hold the no. 1 ranking through November 9 which would total his weeks at no. 1 to 293 weeks, just 17 weeks short of Federer’s 310 mark.

“Of course I’m aware of the amount of weeks, and I don’t know exactly the date, but I know it’s going to be in probably the first or beginning of the second quarter of next year if I eventually maintain my No.1 ranking,” Djokovic said.

“I’m getting closer. I’m in a very good position, I feel like I have been also playing really well and been healthy, which is great.

“Yes… those are the two biggest professional goals that I have at the moment. So the historic No.1 ranking goal is something that is on the horizon, and I’m going to give my all and very best that I can possibly give in the next period to achieve that.

“But also, after that slams will be the big one, of course… I don’t know what years to come will bring for me and just tennis and the world in general.”

Djokovic is hunting his 18th major in Paris, which would complete his double major for each Slam, he would become the only man to win each major twice. Djokovic believes Nadal is the favorite to win Paris.

“It’s Nadal. Even though he lost this week, I still think, a lot of people will agree, he’s the number one favourite and the record that he has there, the history of his results, you just can’t put anybody in front of him,” Djokovic speculated. “Definitely Diego showed that Nadal is beatable on clay. The conditions that they played on, obviously heavy clay, not much bounce, humid, night session, we are going to have that as well in Paris.”

Djokovic was satisfied with his performance in Rome and the quality of his play but he firmly believes he can play significantly better. “I don’t think I played my best tennis during the week, but I found my best level when I needed to,” Djokovic revealed. “I don’t want to sound arrogant, but I haven’t played my best tennis. I still have a few gears and I am going to need to get there in order to achieve a good result at Roland Garros.”

Jim Courier, the two time winner of Roland Garros, said last week he believes Djokovic is the only player capable of beating Nadal in Paris, a feat he accomplished in the 2015 Roland Garros quarterfinal, when he pounded Nadal out of the tournament 75 63 61. No other player has beaten Nadal twice in Paris.

On a sidenote, Bjorn Borg won Roland Garros six times and lost just twice in his life in Paris, both times to Italian Adriano Panatta.

Djokovic is my pick to win Paris, he has a good draw, Thiem is in Nadal’s half. On the women’s side the pick is Halep.

Sock and Korda into main draw, Mmoh too.

Let’s see—we had “Black Lives Matter” protesters trying to knock down and deface statues, and thereby erase history.

So, now Djokovic is going to try to break into the ATP headquarters and erase Federer’s records???

Hey, it just might work!!! And maybe he’ll even bring home one of their Federer statues as a souvenir!! 😉

I know this was a joke but it’s not as far from the truth as people would think. I also know you and Scoop are Djoko fans, however, i will be the “bad guy” (again) 😛

Also i’m a bit braver now because George pointed out how Djoko knelt for BLM….

BLM and Serbians are not really too far from each other, in mentality, spirituality, etc… Of course this is a generalizations and i’ve met some cool Serbians online, but in general… And much of this is from personal experience….

Serbians are as far from being true (or any kind of) christians as far can be.

Personal experience: i’ve travelled a lot in every balkan country. The only country where we got physically assaulted (by Serbian soldiers) is Serbia.

The only Balkan country minority people’s properties, like houses, are vandalized is serbia, this includes death threats painted on houses of christian people.

Majestic Christian churches built by true Christians vandalized by serbians.

Historically, especially in recent history, in wars they were on the anti-christian, anti-white side. I wouldn’t talk much about old wars vs the ottomans where they were often under Italian and Hungarian leadership.

Today, if you talk to Serbians, they’re proud of how lefty and anti-fascist they are, that’s the trendy thing in Serbia (ofc serbian nationalists, who otherwise totally lack christian qualities or the ability to ever turn serbia into anything civilized or christian looking would object to this, more about this shortly).

They let their cities full of muslim migrants, they are too demotivated and too broke to build fences like us Hungarians for example. Also they want to get into the (currently) lefty-governed EU too much, they even let the muslims overrun their homeland. (We got into it on merit, by being civilized and with good economy, etc., the EU even overlooks us keeping the muslims out lol)

Serbians like to socialize with their “orthodox brothers”, the Romanians, who in all the recent wars they fought betrayed their allies and the christian, pro-white side.

Serbia’s biggest national hero, Gavrilo Princip is a dirty assassin who shot to death an unarmed woman. That guy was so useless they threw him out of school, the army, everywhere, so he became a dirty murderer, just read up on him. He was a bit like a BLM murderer.

Yeah, so (in general ofc) Serbians are more like zombies and satanists, to use Scoop’s words, than christians, don’t let that fakearse cross in Djoko’s neck fool you 😉

It’s especially strange to me Djoko has American fans, you know America bombed Serbia and then took Kosovo from them. Trust me, Serbians are forever America’s enemies…

You should see how they are raging on their community platforms about the “peace” and the symbolic American “achivements” like the Serbia – Kosovo airline that America worked on….. There’s more America hate on serbian platforms than on jihadist websites. And besides, there will never be peace ever, hate is stronger between albanians and serbians than ever, and the hate for America is peaking nonstop since they want to finalize the dismemberment of Serbia. You can’t imagine some of the serbian nationalist nutters, they are convinced Serbians have divine origin, do you think they will ever accept that Americans took Kosovo from them and they want to force-feed them this decision again and again?

Yeah, so my two cents about Serbians, Christianity and such things…

And that’s ofc just my very personal and very non-mainstream Hungarian opinion, I don’t have problem with anybody seeing Serbians in a positive light. Ofc Serbians or Romanians could write their grievances to me too about how in the middle ages we didn’t let Romanians read romanian books etc.

I wrote this as a bit of an insight into this whole mid-, eastern-european and balkan mess. This is a messy region and no outsiders like Trump or anybody will be able to make peace with symbolic things like airlines…

Clinton bombing Serbia was surely a deep state puppetmaster order, it did not reflect at all on the American people, who do not care about Serbian business. The question is who benefitted the most from bombing Serbia, it sure was not America or Americans. I like Djokovic, always did always will. He was the young rebel outsider who took his beatings for years but finally turned the tables on the two greatest players in history and now he owns both. Sure he made mistakes and lost is temper a few times, and he could be hard on his team and he could not always decline temptations from the opposite sex, still I like him and believe he deserves to break Federer’s records, which he will.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 25, 2020 at 3:02 pm

Sock will play Opelka, who beat him in Delray two years ago. Korda will play Seppi. Tiafoe vs Struff. Sandgren vs Hurkacz. Fritz vs Machac. Giron vs Halys. Querrey vs Rublev. Johnson vs Carballes Baena. Paul vs Duckworth. Mmoh vs Herbert. Isner vs Benchetrit. McDonald vs Diez.

  • Cory · September 25, 2020 at 3:08 pm

What about the Ruud Boy as a sleeper pick. I think he has a reasonably strong mental game. Would have to knock out a Djokovic, Thiem, or Nadal. Anybody outside those 3 would need a lot of fortunate “help”

  • JohnnyTD · September 25, 2020 at 4:00 pm

“Clinton bombing Serbia was surely a deep state puppetmaster order.”

👍 I agree with that, also Srebrenica was a setup, the Brit in charge and others left the place defenceless…

“it did not reflect at all on the American people, who do not care about Serbian business”

For sure, most of them don’t even know about all the dirty business the top dogs are doing, especially in regions like the balkans, Ukraine… That goes for other countries too btw, like mine, average Orbán supporters know very little about the dirty business their idol is doing with Erdogan for example… That’s the reason when the EU wanted to condemn Erdogan’s push against the kurds, Orbán’s government vetoed it, we were the only country to do so. In case you’re interested, you can browser-translate this article, its title is “are Erdogan’s oligarchs more important for the Hungarian government than the kurds fighting against terror?” https://merce.hu/2019/10/10/fontosabbak-erdogan-oligarchai-a-magyar-kormanynak-mint-a-terror-ellen-harcolok/

Unfortunately average citizens can do almost nothing against the corruption of the governments.

“I like Djokovic, always did always will. He was the young rebel outsider who took his beatings for years but finally turned the tables on the two greatest players in history and now he owns both.”

I disliked him from the start but no one can deny he’s one of the greatest champs.

Cory, Been following Ruud for five years now, since I met him and his dad at Eddie Herr. He’s always been good on clay, always had the results on clay, but hard court was the bigger challenge. Took a while but he adapted and started winning on hard too. But clay is his best surface where his best results come. He’s winning a lot of matches now, top 30 now. I saw the win vs Fognini yesterday, it was dominant. And we all know Fognini is a great clay court player, won Monte Carlo last year. Ruud does not look sensational on clay, no huge weapons but he just keeps winning and improving. He’s a very dangerous floater who absolutely could do major damage into the second week in Paris.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 25, 2020 at 4:36 pm

Cory, here is a feature I did with Ruud’s dad Christian a couple years ago. https://www.tennis-prose.com/articles/christian-ruud-analyzes-son-casper-ruuds-atp-ascent/

“Also i’m a bit braver now because George pointed out how Djoko knelt for BLM….”

Interesting what you wrote, JohnnyTD, about Serbians. I didn’t know about any of that stuff. :). As for the BLM issue, even so-called conservatives like Jack Sock had a Blackout Tuesday frame on their Instagram page. Of course, I definitely think it’s lame that any tennis player would do this, but I’m not sure it’s fair to single out Djokovic when so many of them did this. In fact, I believe the only player in the top 10 who *didn’t* observe Blackout Tuesday was Medvedev.

Anyway, thanks for the enlightening info about the Serbians.

  • Sam · September 28, 2020 at 2:13 am

“I disliked him from the start but no one can deny he’s one of the greatest champs.”

JohnnyTD, do you think it’s possible that you disliked Djokovic from the start simply because he was Serbian??? Maybe if he were Hungarian, you’d feel a bit differently? 😉

Of course, I don’t like everything about him. He needs to work on his temper. However, I do like:

    1) His charisma and general sense of humor. He’s very entertaining.
    2) The fact that he, for the most part anyway, seems to be a straight shooter.
    3) The fact that he isn’t as popular as Nadal or Federer, and is often treated as an “interloper.” 🙂

  • JohnnyTD · September 28, 2020 at 6:45 am

“In fact, I believe the only player in the top 10 who *didn’t* observe Blackout Tuesday was Medvedev.”

Medvedev is like Raikkönen in F1, he didn’t kneel either.

“JohnnyTD, do you think it’s possible that you disliked Djokovic from the start simply because he was Serbian??? Maybe if he were Hungarian, you’d feel a bit differently? 😉”

My bias is part of it but it’s not that simple. I like Tipsarevic for example because he’s a lot more civilized. I don’t like the raging, shirt-tearing and the chest banging of Djokovic.

Just look at this little tennis community, mtf, tennis-warehouse and the little forums.

First let’s talk about the nice Serbian posters i met. The best was Brick Top. Very nice Serbian boy, we worked together very well on t4u, helped each other, nice and civilized person. He helped me more than any male hungarian i can name. Or there’s Vucina. He was an old school, you know, “homophobic”, “racist” serb but he was very civilized and friendly, we got on well…. There’s also Master Yoda, a bit of a troll but a nice, intelligent and creative person, actually i invited him to TD, he’s a member, posts there from time to time too.

However, the bad Serbs are just horrible. For example Rutinos Harcos/Nick the Greek/currently Bonaca on tennisfrontier. I used to have a soft spot for him (he posted with us for a long time and for a long time he was nice to us), maybe i still have, but the things he pulled off, he was harassing and stalking people on facebook, threatened Prodigy/Joe, IBM (i don’t like IBM either but he doesn’t really deserve to die, lol) and Cloren with killing them, stalked Diana and posted pictures of her house. Actually, he threatened Joe with killing him when Joe, who’s the real life friend of Diana, busted him for stalking her. LOL! and for a while, Rutinos was wearing a Hungarian flag, his name is Hungarian too. Now what kind of person would go around staling people and threatening people with killing them, which is a crime legally to begin with, and use another nation’s flag to do all the dirty stuff? Ofc a Serb.

Or there’s Time Violation the ex mtf admin. That guy was harassing us on t4u, wanted to police that board too under fake names. He was leaking mtf admin info about who had how many infractions, as if that mattered on t4u lol. Then when we made TD, he jumped on our board and first acted friendly but then started policing and pming people. lol and imagine, without me asking him, he started to give me mtf people’s, e-mails, personal data (again, a crime legally, i have the proof in case that guy ever harasses us again). Then in a few weeks his tone got so arrogant, was criticizing everything (when the board wasn’t even ready and we were still just starting) and thought he was running the place along with Clay Death, we got rid of him, we’re not the colony of other message boards and their admins, lol.

So even though there are nice Serbs like Master Yoda and Brick Top, there are too many Serbs like Rutinos/Nick the Greek/Bonaca who are threatening people with killing them and corrupt admins like Time Violations who give out users’ data and are trying to terrorize and police the whole tennis community.

So at this point i don’t trust them (unless they are like Master Yoda), as simple as that. And i suggest that people should be wary of them, at the minimum. I’m saying this as someone who dealt with them both irl and online. Ofc there will be people who will say, oh, i don’t listen to this biased nationalist guy, Serbs can’t be so bad. Imo those who think like that are like the Scandinavian liberal girls who got beheaded in Morocco, thinking, oh these nice muslim moroccans can’t be as bad as the bigots say. Ofc they could have avoided those terrorists with some luck but they were running a high risk and got unlucky. However, we’re all grown-ups with mature judgement, everyone can decide who he/she wants to socialize with….

A bit more about Serbians in general, they can’t live in peace even with their brothers, the Croatians, no wonder the Croats are already in the EU, they’re like a Christian heaven compared to Serbia. Also the people are much friendlier, cleaner and nicer.

Talking about cleanliness, my mom stopped going to Paralia (Greek beach) because the Serbians turned it into a pigsty, covered it in trash, they behave in the apartments, well, not like human beings… So she switched her Greek holiday place to Rhodes.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 28, 2020 at 8:34 am

Had no idea about all this drama on tennis forums Johnny TD, whehn a sport invites or injects politics into it controversy is an automatic byproduct. The more life goes on the more I wonder if we were all designed to live with our own, not sure if diversity or forced diversity really works overall. Forced diversity is just not natural. Sports like tennis can bring all different kinds of people together. Nothing unites like tennis. But like an old friend told me, One day all the different guys at a club agreed to go out together for lunch and within minutes the conversation turned to politics/religion and all the sudden the good vibe went bad. Tennis unites, religion and politics divide. Felix losing to Nishioka right now, Sock is battering Opelka 64 64.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 28, 2020 at 8:37 am

Sam I don’t mind Djokovic bowing to BLM for a half a second, all sports figures are pressured to do it, if he doesn’t do it the jackal media will antagonize him, it’s just not worth it. Now that he did it, he gets the jackal media off his back. It was probably a one time fake move by Djokovic just for image and less aggravation. I like how Medvedev would not bend. BLM is a sickening terrorist operation run by militant psychos. And I read all the money raised for blm goes into demonrat pockets.

  • JohnnyTD · September 28, 2020 at 4:29 pm

“Had no idea about all this drama on tennis forums Johnny TD”

There’s incredible stuff going on. What makes me think that Rutinos/Nick the Greek/atm Bonaca on tennisfrontier is not serious about his death threats is that he made a “roast” video about Johnny Groove on mtf, a retired tennis player who played some challengers too and Prodigy/Joe, Diana’s friend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5jpQ9ipV50 This woman is Cathy Heaven, a Hungarian porn star, her real name is Magdolna Evelin Garamvölgyi, actually she’s from my second home city. So obviously the police could find Rutinos through her if the people he threatened on the tennis forums/facebook saw any sign the threats were serious.

For Canadian people, the psycho to look out for is currently posting as Gogo on tenniswarehouse. She used to post on tennisfrontier, tennis4you and murraysworld too as Emma or Emma Jean. She stalked in real life another poster called Scotnadian from Murraysworld at a canadian tennis tourney and posted her pictures on Clay Death’s camelot site. The owner of murraysworld had to take action and get the photos taken down. This person must be avoided at all costs, she/he is not only a real life stalker but also a big liar, when on tennis4you i noticed she’s lying she made public all my private messages i sent to her when we were still friendly, which included some real life contact info.

BTW this Canadian Gogo/Emma person at that time got into people’s confidence easily cause actually many old schoolers knew her on tennis forums, however, no one ever met her irl. However, she was dropping fake clues to make people think that she actually met other posters. I guess she did that because she knew Betty and me, Diana and Joe, etc met for real, she wanted to seem real like us.

So in order to pass as real she lied on Clay Death’s Camelot, which was still a tennis forum and not a fantasy forum at that time, that she met a poster from tennis4you called “Falcon”. Falcon left t4u years ago and “Emma” thought she was never going to return, however, after a year or 2 she unexpectedly returned and i asked her if she met Emma Jean/Gogo, and Falcon said she never met her in real life. That was when the imposter got furious and dumped my pms out in public.

Also she was asking people from time to time if they got ever banned on forums and after the others posted their “crime records” she always said she never got banned, you know because she’s a good girl. However, i also found out that she WAS banned on murraysworld for harassing people, also she baited them to post their pictures and when they did she didn’t post hers in return. After they banned her she was even posting as guest so guest posting had to be disabled on murraysworld.

What makes this Canadian person potentially more dangerous than Rutinos is that not only did she provenly stalk someone irl, at a tennis event, there’s no real life clue or contact to her as in the case of Rutinos.

So as you see some of these stalkers and trolls are quite good at manipulating people.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 28, 2020 at 4:59 pm

Johnnytd, that’s too much drama! We have enough drama now with Roland Garros cooking up some great matches. Moutet lost an all time marathon. Sandgren locked in another marathon with Hurkacz. Nadal cruising. Monfils flames out to Bublik. Medvedev down two sets. Leylah Annie Fernandez about to win after a 16 first set. Serena rolled over Ahn again. Schwartzman a tiny terror right now. F LO about to lose. McDonald and Tommy Paul win, while Tiafoe loses in five to Struff daddy.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 28, 2020 at 5:45 pm

Sandgren wins it 11-9 in the fifth! Fernandez wins too. Fucsovics going to take out Medvedev.

  • JohnnyTD · September 28, 2020 at 5:47 pm

    “Medvedev down two sets.”

Actually Marci beat Med. That breadstick in the last set was great. It’s 23.44 here but this match kept me awake, now i go to sleep. Have a nice late afternoon and evening guys 😴

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 28, 2020 at 6:06 pm

Fucsovics with another stunning win that makes you wonder, Why isn’t this guy in the top five?

  • DanFil · September 29, 2020 at 2:23 pm

Small-minded bigots with even lesser hearts such as JohnnyTD normally do not deserve a response to the drivel they spew out, but someone has to put him in his place since some other lost soul may start believing his sweeping Attila the Hun-esque views regarding whole nations and the people inhabiting them. Intelligent people realize that all groups consist of good and bad individuals, and know better than to make generalized conjectures about populations or races or religions. BTW, Gavrilo Princip was a patsy in the same vein as John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan and James Earl Ray, a tool of the globalists like thousands of others. The same globalist forces which fomented WW1, the Russian Revolution, abetted the rise of Hitler and instigated WWII as well as all the subsequent wars are now striving to abolish free speech & the few remaining liberties which we have left in the so-called democratic world. It is they, Mr. JohnnyTD, who are the enemies of mankind, and not the Serbs, Romanians or any other nation.

  • JohnnyTD · September 29, 2020 at 5:14 pm

“Intelligent people realize that all groups consist of good and bad individuals, and know better than to make generalized conjectures about populations or races or religions.”

At least read my posts carefully before you resort to childish name-calling. I said the same, that there are good and bad individuals, i even listed the good and the bad ones from the tennis forums. I also said that i was going to make a generalization. You know stereotypes and generalizations often have (more than) a grain of truth. Why did i do so? Because some people believed that, how to put it simply, that Christianity is strong in Serbia and Serbians. Also because i’m getting monthly or sometimes even more frequent reports of Serbians vandalizing Christian properties and i felt strongly about this. I never said that good Serbians don’t exist, i even named some nice Serbians i met. Guess what? I met nice muslims on the net and irl too. Still, when you go to a muslim country, especially where there are warzones, as a non-muslim you’ll be wary of them. So what exactly is your point?

  • JohnnyTD · September 29, 2020 at 5:29 pm

Also, before calling others names, Mr “DanFil”, maybe you could introduce yourself, at least tell us which country you’re from, like you already know where i am from. Cause you know i’m polite so i introduced myself.

Also, if you want to “put me back in my place”, try to find proof of Hungarians doing similar things to Serbians’ properties in Hungary: https://www.maszol.ro/uploads/files/userfiles/images/kulfold/2013/Janu%C3%A1r/29/temerin.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tfcioylgDMw/TyQ_L_znxXI/AAAAAAAABZM/Z6is8tqhI2Q/s320/12Szabadka.jpg Posting garbage that shows that you haven’t even read my posts is not cutting it.

  • JohnnyTD · September 29, 2020 at 11:34 pm

Good morning.I wrote the response above around midnight yesterday, now it’s 5.00am in Hungary and i have a few more things to add. So this person called DanFil called me names, said that my mind is small and my heart is even smaller and said that people shouldn’t believe me. However, he posted no evidence why people shouldn’t believe me. I on the other hand, posted evidence, of:

    1. A serbian man humiliating a young British boy who has aspergers and a young American tennis player, using a porn star. Everybody saw the youtube video here.

    2. I have evidence of Time Violation, the Serbian mtf admin giving out mtf users’ sensitive data (in hopes of future favours i guess).

    3. I posted pictures of Serbians painting on Hungarian property, like houses that Hungarians should die. Now this could be just some childish graffiti, however, for example in Temerin, where the first picture is from, there have been incidents of Serbians beating and abusing Hungarian minority people, if DanFil is from Serbia he probably heard about the case when 6 serbians beat to a pulp 2 hungarian youngsters with beer bottles while cursing their hungarian mothers. Serbian police kicking off a Hungarian boy’s kindey for no crime whatsoever. These are all well documented cases i just don’t wanna spam the board full of links but i can provide them anytime.

    4. I have video of Serbians vandalizing and defacing a Hungarian Christian Church in serbia.

    5. I said that Srebrenica was a setup. Well, it was, in that that the “globalist forces” made it easy for the Serbians, however, it was still the Serbians who exterminated the male population of a city, not any other people. It’s common knowledge with lots of evidence, or are you questioning it ever happened? From the incidents in Temerin for example i have no doubt that they would do the same to the Hungarian minority, who are living on their motherland, on which they were born, they’re not some kind of migrants, but Serbians were gifted our lands by the “globalist forces”. It’s also the Serbians who are warring with their brothers the Croats in modern day. What other nation in modern day Europe wants to go to war to with and exterminate its minorities and neighbours? Maybe there are a few little things wrong with the Serbians after all? At the same time, minorities, including Serbians, are treated with respect and in the Christian way here, you can’t find incidents like what i posted about how Hungarians are treated in Serbia.

So i have all the evidence while DanFil posted nothing of substance, he just said people shouldn’t believe me despite the fact i have all the cases and the evidence and he has nothing. If he insists i’ll post more cases and the evidence for them and it will be very bad for Serbians and DanFil.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 30, 2020 at 8:32 am

We need to keep it about tennis mot some forum wars about geopolitics. Korda breakout is here, he beat Isner in 4 sets. Zarazua beat Svitoline by bagel in second but lost other two sets, still a grand major debut for Zarazua. Fritz won easily over Albot. Serena has achilles injury and is out.

  • Sam · September 30, 2020 at 4:36 pm

Wow, good for Korda!! :). I heard that Isner looked pretty clunky, though. As for Serena, do you really believe his excuse for his withdrawal? Some folks are speculating that he was afraid of facing Pironkova. I have no idea, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the “Achilles injury” was just a pretext.

  • Scoop Malinowski · September 30, 2020 at 8:53 pm

Sam, Pironkova looked like she tanked it to Serena at US Open for the usta, biggest match of her life and she had zero intensity or passion, just going through the motions, hitting feeds basically to Serena. Then the big smile at the handshake, like “Tank you.” Would not be surprised if Serena knew it was real this time and knew she was going to get crushed by the much better mover and younger “mom.” Korda looks like a future major winner to my eyes, can anyone tell me why he can’t win a major?

  • Sam · October 1, 2020 at 11:30 pm

“Medvedev is like Raikkönen in F1, he didn’t kneel either.”

Good for him. There are other tennis players who didn’t observe Blackout Tuesday on Instagram either—more about them later.

“I don’t like the raging, shirt-tearing and the chest banging of Djokovic.”

I don’t like that either, but maybe it’s a defense mechanism. In other words, if he were seemingly loved by everyone (including the media) like Federer, perhaps he wouldn’t feel the need to do that. It seems he has always felt like the outsider.

However, speaking of civilized, how do you feel about Laslo Djere? Here’s what a French ballboy had to say about his behavior last year at the French Open:

    1) Tu traites les ramasseurs de balles comme des chiens.

[Then in response to someone who asked him a question about his first comment]
    2) Je sais pas si c’est parce qu’il était énervé mais il m’a hyper mal parlé juste parce que j’ai été maladroit à Roland.

    Translation:

    1) You treat ballkids like dogs.

    2) I don’t know if it’s because he was just irritated, but he was really nasty to me just because I was kind of clumsy at Roland Garros.

“First let’s talk about the nice Serbian posters i met.”

Glad to know there are a few of those at least. 😉

“Rutinos was wearing a Hungarian flag, his name is Hungarian too.”

How did you find out that he’s actually Serbian?

“Or there’s Time Violation the ex mtf admin.”

    He still posts there.

“without me asking him, he started to give me mtf people’s, e-mails, personal data (again, a crime legally, i have the proof in case that guy ever harasses us again).”

    Ouch.

“However, we’re all grown-ups with mature judgement”

Actually, “grown-ups with mature judgment” seem to be a minority on tennis boards these days. LOL. 🙂

“no wonder the Croats are already in the EU”

    Serbia isn’t a member?

“Talking about cleanliness, my mom stopped going to Paralia (Greek beach)”

Interesting. In fact, παραλία is the Greek word for beach. Μάλιστα!

“So she switched her Greek holiday place to Rhodes.”

How does she know the Serbians won’t turn up there too? 😉

“Sam I don’t mind Djokovic bowing to BLM for a half a second, all sports figures are pressured to do it, if he doesn’t do it the jackal media will antagonize him”

Scoop, this reminds me of something Winston Churchill once said:

“Appeasement is feeding the alligator and hoping he eats you last.” 😉

Thinking that you can appease the media jackals is just a fantasy. You’re only saving up misery for the future if you try that. Better to face the situation head-on.

Here’s a list of top players who (to my knowledge) did not observe Blackout Tuesday on their Instagram pages:

Berrettini, Bautista Agut, all of the Russians (Medvedev, Rublev, and Khachanov), Isner, Paire, Lajovic, Carreno Busta, de Minaur, and Basilashvili.

I don’t think Steve Johnson or Tennys Sandgren did either. On the other hand, so-called conservatives like Jack Sock and the Bryan brothers did. Makes you wonder.

“It was probably a one time fake move by Djokovic just for image and less aggravation.”

Could’ve been, but still not very smart or brave. Of course, it’s also possible that he (along with other top players) doesn’t understand the real nature of the Black Lives Matter organization.

“I like how Medvedev would not bend.”

Maybe Russians are just that way. 🙂

“BLM is a sickening terrorist operation run by militant psychos. And I read all the money raised for blm goes into demonrat pockets.”

Even worse, the BLM movement is actually rooted in African witchcraft. For example, some of its leaders even call on spirits of the dead. 😛 No joke.

“Sam, Pironkova looked like she tanked it to Serena at US Open for the usta, biggest match of her life”

Actually, Scoop, I think the biggest match of her life was at 2010 Wimbledon against Zvonareva. 🙂 Anyway, if it looked like a tank, it probably was.

    “like ‘Tank you.'”

LOL. Good one! Was Pironkova wearing a “tank top” too. 😉

“Would not be surprised if Serena knew it was real this time and knew she was going to get crushed by the much better mover and younger ‘mom.'”

Well, at least the *real* mom got to advance this time. Some people were saying that he showed no signs of injury against Ahn. I wonder why he even bothered to show up in Paris?

“Korda looks like a future major winner to my eyes, can anyone tell me why he can’t win a major?”

That’s cool you anticipated his breakout. I had never even heard of him before this tournament. Will be interesting to see if he ends up facing Nadal in Paris.

“how do you feel about Laslo Djere?”

On the court i haven’t seen him mistreat anybody. A ballkid allegedly saying something about him is one thing, seeing him do something repeatedly, like in Djoko’s case is another.

However, i don’t feel 100% good about him cause when he got the chance to play for the USA, or Hungary he stayed with Serbia, he also said in a Hungarian interview he gave to a Hungarian reporter that the Hungarian flag means little next to his name. https://index.hu/sport/tenisz/2014/01/02/gyore_laszlo_tenisz/ I guess he said that because tennis is not really a big or popular sport here. (we’re more into kayak – canoe and sports of that sort) but it still felt bad.

Well, probably he’ll never become a big champ anyway, we have Szeles who’s proud she’s Hungarian, has Hun citizenship and loves this country.

“How did you find out that he’s actually Serbian?”

We were friendly at a time, he told me himself, also in pm he was trying to talk to me in Hungarian before a bit but it was obvious he can’t speak a language. But i knew it before, it was quite obvious he was a serb, he had a twitter account called Djokinos Harcovic which was banned , there he was ranting nonstop about Ustasha fascists (Croats) and publishing mtf and other tennis community people’s private pictures he got from fb. He was banned from twitter.

Anyway, why did i tell he’s a serb? I made that public cause after he was banned he was still using Hungarian names on youtube too to troll and harass people. Use serbian names and serbian flag if you’re making trouble on the net.

Also i was pissed first when they let him back to mtf he was kissing up to Slasher1985…. Slasher ruined t4u for a while with his bullying and i hated him for that. On mtf he declared public war against “Rutinos”, said he was a troll and wanted to get him banned but Rutinos was still brown-nosing him, voting for him in popcon, i found that disgusting, also stupid, like Slasher was out to get him and ban him off and he was still licking his behind? Now he’s doing the same with Moxie on tennisfrontier.

Anyway, i even invited him to TD cause i knew he had another twitter account but after that Diana and Joe told me about how Rutinos was stalking Diana and wanted to kill Joe (or at least said so). I didn’t know about that. If i had known i wouldn’t have invited him.

    “He still posts there.”

I didn’t make Time Violation’s pms in which he was giving out the mtf users’ info public, but i threatened him if he starts messing with us again i’ll mail vs, the mtf owners the proof and get him deleted, so i guess he resigned as admin not to get the whole admin team in trouble. I don’t mean harm to anyone btw i just want to be left in peace by mtf brownnosers and white knights. They are ignorant, stupid and serve a bad cause. They sacrifice permanent good for their 5 minutes in the other losers’ attention…

    “Serbia isn’t a member?”

No. Many want to marry people from the EU just to get out of there.

“How does she know the Serbians won’t turn up there too? 😉”

Because it’s an expensive place and Serbians don’t go there.

“Wow, JohnnyTD, you sure get around! 🙂 Throughout the years, I’ve only had a handful of Internet “friendships,” and I definitely think I’m the better for it. 😉”

Yes, and as you see i sometimes got naive and messed up…. But the good outweighs the bad, I met my girlfriend on the net too 😀 <3

    "What’s a “kindey”??? 🙂"

“On the court i haven’t seen him mistreat anybody. A ballkid allegedly saying something about him”

The French ballkid’s name is Reza, and he actually wrote these statements on Laslo’s Instagram page last year. There’s no good reason to believe that a French ballkid would make this stuff up and post it publicly. In fact, it took a lot of courage for him to do that. Victims often stay silent.

If you want, I can dig up Laslo’s old Instagram post so you can see for yourself what this kid wrote. Treating a ballkid like that, even just once, is inexcusable. At the very least, he could’ve apologized to the ballkid, but I don’t think he ever did.

“is one thing, seeing him do something repeatedly, like in Djoko’s case is another.”

Mistreating a ballkid is a lot more serious than acting like a manic goofball on the court. 🙂

“However, i don’t feel 100% good about him cause when he got the chance to play for the USA”

How could he have played for the U.S.??

“or Hungary he stayed with Serbia, he also said in a Hungarian interview he gave to a Hungarian reporter that the Hungarian flag means little next to his name.”

But has he ever lived in Hungary? I suspect he doesn’t feel much of a connection.

“Well, probably he’ll never become a big champ anyway”

I think you’re right. But someone needs to explain that to him—he talks about breaking into the top 20. 😉

“we have Szeles who’s proud she’s Hungarian, has Hun citizenship and loves this country.”

Good—I always liked her. I hear she can make a really mean goulash too. 😉

“also in pm he was trying to talk to me in Hungarian before a bit but it was obvious he can’t speak a language.”

    LOL.

“Use serbian names and serbian flag if you’re making trouble on the net.”

Even if you’re not Serbian? 😉

“i found that disgusting, also stupid, like Slasher was out to get him and ban him off and he was still licking his behind? Now he’s doing the same with Moxie on tennisfrontier.”

Just be glad you never met him in real life, I guess. 😛

“Anyway, i even invited him to TD cause i knew he had another twitter account but after that Diana and Joe told me about how Rutinos was stalking Diana and wanted to kill Joe (or at least said so).”

Did they ever think of notifying the police?

    “i’ll mail vs”

    What’s “vs”??

“No. Many want to marry people from the EU just to get out of there.”

Didn’t know that—I just thought most European countries were members. Good for Britain for getting out, though.

“Because it’s an expensive place and Serbians don’t go there.”

Apparently you have to go first-class to avoid them Serbians!! 😉

“Yes, and as you see i sometimes got naive and messed up….”

Haven’t we all. “Ghosting” is very common among Internet relationships too.

“But the good outweighs the bad, I met my girlfriend on the net too 😀 <3"

That's cool. You have to find a balance. You don't want to be *too* trusting, but you don't want to turn cold and brittle either.

    "Kidney"

How can you "kick off" someone's kidney??

"BTW Sam and Scoop, we have upgraded the forum to Xenforo 2.2, the latest version. We have new features and an app too. You can install it with pretty much everything except apple products."

Thanks, JohnnyTD. That technology upgrade probably won't affect me one bit, but it's nifty to know about. 😉 Also, I often use Safari.

Former ball kid at Miami Open who now works in pro tennis told me Moya lost at Miami Open and threw his soaking wet nike shirt in his face. Totally soaking wet. So players do snap mentally sometimes after losses and lose control. Even one of the coolest ones in Moya can go crazy for a split second. Tennis can drive one crazy – McEnroe, Shapovalov, Moya, Djokovic, Serena, Bagdhatis, Youzhny, Courier, Nalbandian, Rios, Safin, Tarango, can we add to this list?

  • DanFil · October 2, 2020 at 6:58 pm

Mr. Johnny TD, I did read your post, but you seem to have forgotten what you wrote: “Yeah, so (in general ofc) Serbians are more like zombies and satanists, to use Scoop’s words, than christians, don’t let that fakearse cross in Djoko’s neck fool you. It’s especially strange to me Djoko has American fans, you know America bombed Serbia and then took Kosovo from them. Trust me, Serbians are forever America’s enemies…” and “A bit more about Serbians in general, they can’t live in peace even with their brothers, the Croatians, no wonder the Croats are already in the EU, they’re like a Christian heaven compared to Serbia. Also the people are much friendlier, cleaner and nicer.”

A wise proverb states: “Believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see” and may very well help you realize that one should be skeptical of everything, as things are not always what they seem. One hundred years ago Serbs were fêted as heroes in the States when on July 28, 1918 President Woodrow Wilson gave the order to fly the Serbian flag over the White House to commemorate Serbia’s sacrifices for the war effort against the Triple Alliance, when it lost one-quarter of its’ male populaton.

    http://www.worldwar1centennial.org/index.php/communicate/press-media/wwi-centennial-news/6836-when-the-serbian-flag-flew-over-the-white-house-in-wwi.html

Some 70 years later the Great Powers decided that the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, an artificial entity which they created after World War 1, and later renamed Yugoslavia, became too big for its’ breeches and too unwieldly for them to control and fomented a civil war so as to break it up into six, later seven, statelets, one of which is Serbia. During that seventy year period, Serbs, Croats, Bosnians, etc. intermarried and lived mosty trouble-free lives. Just as there are no pure-blooded Americans, or Croats, or Austrians, or Hungarians, there are no pure blooded Serbs regarding whose characteristics you, Mr. JohnnyTD, or anyone else, can generalize about. If you don’t believe me, take a DNA test and see how much “pure blood” you possess, as unless you lived in a remote Amazonian village for the past millenium you most definitely are not pure anything. As far as revolutions and civil wars go, we can observe today from the BLM and Belorussian protests, as well as previously in Ukraine, Syria, Libya, etc. how easy it is for the CIA and MI6 in conjunction with corrupt local officials and NGOs under their control to organize large-scale demonstrations which can tear any country apart.

To my knowledge Serbs hold no grudges against Americans per se, only against Bill Clinton, Madeleine Alrbright, Wesley Clark and a few other establishment figures. As far as Croats go, they are in the EU since they were always more ready, willing and able to cooperate with Western-imposed structures such as being cannon fodder for NATO in Afghanistan and other hotspots, but so are your Romanian friends, thus I fail to see your point.
You also wrote “Talking about cleanliness, my mom stopped going to Paralia (Greek beach) because the Serbians turned it into a pigsty, covered it in trash, they behave in the apartments, well, not like human beings… So she switched her Greek holiday place to Rhodes.” Well, a friend of mine went to Rhodes a couple of years ago and couldn’t wait to return home due to the rowdy British tourists causing drunken disturbances all over the place. However, I do not believe that all Brits are inebriated hooligans.

In addition you wrote: “Also, if you want to “put me back in my place”, try to find proof of Hungarians doing similar things to Serbians’ properties in Hungary:”
I don’t know where that came from as I never accused you of anything except being narrow-minded, but do you truly believe that Hungarians are earthly-bound angels who have never in their long history perpetrated any wrongdoing to anybody? For example, Anton Holzer, an Austrian historian and expert on the Austro-Hungarian invasion of Serbia in 1914, wrote: “There were countless and systematic massacres carried out against the Serbian population. The soldiers invaded villages and rounded up unarmed men, women and children. They were either shot dead, bayoneted to death or hanged. The victims were locked into barns and burned alive. Women were sent up to the front lines and mass-raped. The inhabitants of whole villages were taken as hostages and humiliated and tortured. The perpetrators were the soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army. Much of the evidence of Austro-Hungarian war crimes against Serbia’s civilian population was collected by the Swiss criminology professor, Rodolphe Archibald Reiss… who reported in 1916 that countless Austro-Hungarian troops confirmed having received orders to attack and massacre the Serbian civilian population and that “everything was permissible”. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/world-history/history-of-the-first-world-war-in-100-moments/history-first-world-war-100-moments-execution-civilians-serbia-9244674.html

If you like, we can also discuss the mistreatment of the Roma minority in Hungary: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/hungary-in-crisis-tensions-with-its-gypsy-population-threaten-to-rip-the-eastern-european-country-2307903.html

Does that reflect badly on you or all Hungarians? Of course not, only on the Jobbik leadership, and coming from a UK outlet half of what is written in that article is probably untrue, but nevertheless one should not throw stones if one lives in a glass house.

As regards your comment: “Also, before calling others names, Mr “DanFil”, maybe you could introduce yourself, at least tell us which country you’re from, like you already know where i am from. Cause you know i’m polite so i introduced myself.”

This is a tennis forum and I did not plan on getting involved in a historical or political dicussion, much less a personal one. I simply reacted to an opinion of a person who is unknown to me but with whose views I strongly disagree. I am not a fan of PC or wokeness and no topic should be off-limit in a true democracy, but I found your comments way off-base and even offensive. It is your prerogative to declare you nationality but if I stated that I was, say, American you would wonder whether that would be of European, African, Asian or other origin and that’s totally beside the point, for reasons espoused above. Let’s just say I grew up in an international boarding school and had the good fortune to make friends of all backgrounds and religious beliefs – from Agnostic to Zoroastrian – as well as from all continents. The only students who had trouble integrating were the ones who wore their religion or nationality on their sleeve, but those were few and far between, fortunately.

I thank Scoop for allowing off-topic discussion such as this as he is well-aware that politics are intertwined with all aspects of life, including sport, but we should still refrain from overextending our welcome on this site.

    “Laslo”

Both of László’s parents died of cancer, his father recently, maybe he’s still in mental trauma, he went through lots of bad in recent years, just give him a bit of time.

“How could he have played for the U.S.??”

Like Szeles. Actually, i heard that from a Serbian. I didn’t fact-check it but i heard similar things about other tennis players.

“Did they ever think of notifying the police?”

He left so many “fingerprints” on the net, +the youtube video, i guess they thought that was enough to hold him back from really attacking someone irl.

    “What’s “vs”??”

Verticalscope, the canadian company that owns mtf. They have been in debt so long, they have been sold and bought, the only reason mtf is still online is that one time the Canadian government bailed out Torstar, the company who owned their majority, but the second time they didn’t bail them out and now they got bought by an even shadier company which specializes in buying dying things and making an attempt to revive the corpses. However, if you look at vs forums, they aren’t really developing, they are using ancient xenforo now, putting lame thread widgets as front page, now the new makeup, or wig, or whatever on the rotting corpse will be a card view from what i heard. Cosmetic things while the core is dead and hacked up. They’re doing the same they were doing with the old vBulletin forums. The community managers practically stopped giving even their useless robotic answers, users should find that humiliating but 99% of them are just totally dumb. You can bet the little dev team they have left (a handful of people, they fired almost everybody because of the debts) already moved on to something that’s alive and work for vs only part time. I actually know 2 vs workers form my gaming site era from adminzone.

“Good for Britain for getting out, though.”

No, it’s bad for them, for economy, education, research, everything. Someone just posted a list on a site of how all their attempts at doing something have failed since they left, like the failed Corona app and bigger things.

We have been debating about this a lot on our Hungarian nationalist site cause there are many EU haters but still the consensus is, you just have to look at how mid-eastern european countries are doing who joined the eu and the ones run by national oligarchs. The EU countries are doing much much better and even famously nationalistic countries like Serbia want to get in with nails and teeth.

As part of the EU Britain was in an extremely powerful position, now those who count are ignoring them (like China, Russia, etc), they will be forgotten soon, at least as big players.

    “Safari.”

    @DanFil

Before your post didn’t appear and i saw it only after i posted my long post. Since i’m running to work now i can only give short answers and these will be my last answers to you.

About the war crimes we did against Serbians. LOL! We were under Habsburg oppression then, those were Habsburg commands, we even wanted to break free of the Habsburgs but it only resulted in thousands of our people massacred and 13 of our generals executed in Arad. Nice way to twist historical facts.

How we treat the gypsies, just freaking lol… Gypsy crime is like black crime in the USA. They are literally killing us. just some recent cases, in Budapest a gypsy killed 2 young boys with knife at a square, another young boy was stabbed in the heart on a tram by a gypsy because he told them to stop abusing his dog. A few years ago a teacher was lynched and killed by a gypsy mob because a gypsy kid jumped in front of his car, didn’t get serious injuries but they killed the teacher anyway, translate with google. and again, get your facts straight. https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olaszliszkai_lincsel%C3%A9s Not only the violence but they’re stealing everything they can, they dismantle everything for metal they can sell too…

So about your content, you’re posting false mainstream western propgadanda which has little to do with reality.

About personal “fight” or whatever, i was just talking with Sam and Scoop here, you came here out of the blue to attack me personally by calling me small minded and hearted bigot. It wasn’t me who started fighting.

“I thank Scoop for allowing off-topic discussion such as this as he is well-aware that politics are intertwined with all aspects of life, including sport, but we should still refrain from overextending our welcome on this site.”

Now i had to quote this literally cause it’s just hilarious.

    1. It’s scoop who has been posting political stuff here for years despite the others saying he shouldn’t. Actually i like to read his political stuff and i enjoy his political posts. Also, i stop when he says enough politics, it was you who restarted this time too.

    2. Overextending our welcome? lol… Where were you to begin with when the liberal trolls were trolling and bullying here? Hiding under a rock probably. Now when there’s order you come here to attack me? lol… But ofc you’re a coward, now that’s my personal insult to you. You didn’t help when there was trouble here and you’re still cowardly to tell your nationality. And your political posts are ignorant and full of 💩 so you’re going on my “ignore list”, i have better people to debate on the net.

  • Sam · October 4, 2020 at 3:29 pm

“Both of László’s parents died of cancer, his father recently, maybe he’s still in mental trauma, he went through lots of bad in recent years”

That’s a good point. But do you think he treats his girlfriend the way he treated that ballboy? I doubt it. People who are abusive towards others are usually very selective about who they abuse—they typically pick easy, vulnerable targets who they know can’t defend themselves.

“just give him a bit of time.”

Yes, hopefully with time he’ll find some healing. Frankly, that would be just plain *horrible* to have both of your parents pass away by the time you’re in your early 20s. 🙁 So, I definitely have a lot of sympathy for him there. Do you know if any of his grandparents are still alive?

“Like Szeles. Actually, i heard that from a Serbian. I didn’t fact-check it but i heard similar things about other tennis players.”

Would he have had to move to the U.S.?

“He left so many “fingerprints” on the net, +the youtube video, i guess they thought that was enough to hold him back from really attacking someone irl.”

    Pretty scary.

“Verticalscope, the canadian company that owns mtf.”

OK, now I seem to remember you mentioning them before.

“Cosmetic things while the core is dead and hacked up.”

Is that why the basic look of MTF changed less than a year ago?? Lots of people were complaining about that.

“I actually know 2 vs workers form my gaming site era from adminzone.”

So in a few years, MTF will probably go kaput. 😉

“No, it’s bad for them, for economy, education, research, everything. Someone just posted a list on a site of how all their attempts at doing something have failed since they left, like the failed Corona app and bigger things.”

I guess it depends on your perspective. I believe that globalism should be fought tooth and nail.

“We have been debating about this a lot on our Hungarian nationalist site cause there are many EU haters but still the consensus is, you just have to look at how mid-eastern european countries are doing who joined the eu and the ones run by national oligarchs. The EU countries are doing much much better and even famously nationalistic countries like Serbia want to get in with nails and teeth.”

It all depends on what metric you’re using to measure success. As a Townhall article from a few years ago pointed out:

“Globalists must be shivering in their boots after the United Kingdom’s Brexit vote.

“It’s hard for elitists to comprehend that the commoners they seek to control aren’t obsessed with money and power the same way they are. Ordinary people care more about freedom, their kids’ future and their country than they care about the mighty Euro or dollar.”
    ————-
“As part of the EU Britain was in an extremely powerful position”

Ostensibly. But in reality, I think you’re actually a puppet.

“Check the third image ‘torn attachment’

Mr. JohnnyTD wrote in response to my previous post: “Overextending our welcome? lol… Where were you to begin with when the liberal trolls were trolling and bullying here? Hiding under a rock probably. Now when there’s order you come here to attack me? lol… But ofc you’re a coward, now that’s my personal insult to you”.
I only discovered this site recently and could therefore not get involved in whatever discussion took place previously, but it surely takes a lot of bravery to hide behind a keyboard instead of a rock when insulting whole nations and people just on the basis of anecdotal evidence. Malodorous opinion such as “It’s especially strange to me Djoko has American fans, you know America bombed Serbia and then took Kosovo from them. Trust me, Serbians are forever America’s enemies…” is music to the ears of globalists such as George Soros who thrive on such antagonism which they helped create. That is why they are funding the BLM movement and how they were able to establish control of large chunks of the planet, by using the age-old tactic and creating tensions between two entities in order to divide and conquer: heterosexuals v. homosexuals, whites v. blacks, Catholics v. Orthodox or Protestant Christians, USA v. China, liberals v. conservatives, it’s all part of their strategy and you are playing right into their hands with your divisive hate.

I’m no politics expert but my opinion is President Clinton was manipulated by deep state dark forces to bomb Serbia. Just like he was set up with honey trap intern Monica Lewinsky, so they could blackmail and manipulate him. Just because Clinton was ordered to bomb Serbia does not mean it represents the will of American people. I don’t think any American people wanted that bombing to happen. Serbia is was none of our business. It’s evil at work that it happened. Djokovic is very popular in USA and well liked despite his imperfections and some of his controversies. I know he has some very loyal devoted fans and also some who don’t like him but that’s par for the course. I’ve always liked Djokovic and always will. He’s a good guy with a good heart and also with a ruthless burning desire to be the best, which he is. My old friend Phil Anselmo made a great quote: “To be the best in the world at anything you have to get blood on your hands.”

“Ostensibly. But in reality, I think you’re actually a puppet.”

When I reread that, the meaning seemed a bit unclear. Obviously, by “you” there, I wasn’t actually referring to *you*, JohnnyTD. 😉 I simply meant that when a country is part of a group like the EU, I think it becomes much like a puppet, even if things don’t seem that way on the surface.

“Do you know if any of his grandparents are still alive?”

I don’t know about that tbh.

“Would he have had to move to the U.S.?”

Yes, it would be “a bit” hard otherwise 😀

“Is that why the basic look of MTF changed less than a year ago?? Lots of people were complaining about that.

So in a few years, MTF will probably go kaput. 😉”

Looks are their smallest problem. It’s that they lost lots of functionality, are now stuck on an outdated version just like in the old days with vbulletin and during their “development” they crammed the site full of bugs.

BB predicted it has max 5 years. Ofc it depends on who’s gonna buy them next time. Even a private person may buy it in its end days but the userbase is already decimated. The private ownership will probably end up like with all the other little boards, the “peasants” rebelling and the owner kicking off their majority, then just a small clique remaining. But it’s hard to predict, it may just disappear like the tennis.com forum.

“Globalists must be shivering in their boots after the United Kingdom’s Brexit vote.”

In reality Brexit was a massive failure and people on the mainland are laughing at and ridiculing the Brits for it. Especially people with historical grudges against the brits, like spanish people. Just look at JolánGagó on mtf, he’s having the time of his life with Brexit… Some aspects of globalization should be fought for sure, like degeneracy, however, it’s best to find balance here too.

Scoop, Djokovic is even more popular in Asia where he has a huge fan base, especially India and China which are nations with a combined population of 2.8 billion people. There is definitely a misconception in the West, or at least the Western media, that he is unpopular around the world which is definitely not the case, in that part of the world he may even be more popular than Federer and Nadal.

  • Scoop Malinowski · October 5, 2020 at 5:40 pm

DanFil I have met many huge Djokovic fans, some who were against him at first and then finally warmed to him. It took a while to understand him. I always understood him, he had ambitions from the get go to get to the top, to overcome Rafa and Fed. It took him a long while, a lot of suffering and heartbreak losses but he finally prevailed. To overcome and exceed the two greatest tennis players in history both in their primes is one of the greatest feats in the history of sports. I understand Djokovic had to be a little crazy to have the self belief he could do it and to behave crazy a few times on the journey. But the most important fact of it all is Djokovic passed out Fed and Rafa and produced a superior game than the two former goats. Total respect. “It’s the crazy ones who change the world.”

Scoop,re Clinton and dark state, if you haven’t seen the 1997 movie “Wag the Dog” with Dustin Hoffman and Robert de Niro pls try to do so, it accurately foretold Clinton’s war which took place two years later.
    According to IMDb:
Shortly before an election, a spin-doctor and a Hollywood producer join efforts to fabricate a war in order to cover up a Presidential sex scandal.

  • Scoop Malinowski · October 5, 2020 at 7:30 pm

Danfil, usually the controlled media censors everything they put out for public consumption, but movies like Wag The Dog and The Matrix and They Live by John Carpenter show the arrogance on their part, they feel bold enough to put the truth right under our noses. Confident they can still control us anyway. Yes I believe many of the big events were pre-planned – 911, sandy hook, las vegas, george floyd, mass shootings in USA, notre dame fire, etc. If they did it once with Clinton’s war why wouldn’t they keep doing it over and over and over and over? We know how greedy they are.

A bit more about globalism and the EU.

For people who don’t live here it’s easy to say the EU is evil, you should leave it.

However, look at the practical aspects, like for me, who lives here.

For me it’s great that i can work in any EU country easily. I can travel cheap anywhere, there are cheap flights. The kids can go to study anywhere, like Germany, etc.

As a youngster i used to go to Germany a lot, to concerts, etc. I love that country a lot and it’s good people can work and study there easily.

There’s cooperation everywhere, finanace, trade, education, science, healthcare, when there’s some natural catastrophe the countries help each other.

For me it’s much easier to live with my girlfriend in a distance relationship because i can go to her easily, every 1,5, 2 months.

I have a European identity in addition to my Hungarian one, there’s nothing to do about that. The individual countries haven’t lost any of their national identities because of the EU.

The only threat is migration, i wish the leadership would do something against that, i also wish the leadership was a right wing one, i hope that will be so in the future, but the EU is just fine otherwise.

So for people not living here it’s easy to say leave the EU, but that’s like me saying the USA should break up, republican states should break away from the evil democratic states. But ofc that’s absurd, people in republican states know well that the dem states being part of the USA make them stronger too. Also freedom of movement and work, etc etc.

“I don’t know about that tbh.”

His grandparents could actually be pretty young, maybe still in their 70s. Hopefully some of them are still alive.

Did Scoop ever do a Biofile on Laslo, I wonder?

“Yes, it would be ‘a bit’ hard otherwise 😀”

But Djere was never a phenom like Seles, was he? I don’t get who would’ve offered to have him play for the U.S.

“BB predicted it has max 5 years. Ofc it depends on who’s gonna buy them next time. Even a private person may buy it in its end days but the userbase is already decimated. Oh, well—I guess tennis sites come and go. 🙂

“In reality Brexit was a massive failure and people on the mainland are laughing at and ridiculing the Brits for it. Especially people with historical grudges against the brits, like spanish people. Just look at JolánGagó on mtf, he’s having the time of his life with Brexit…”

First off, what other countries think of Brexit is immaterial. I mean, I couldn’t care less what other countries think about Donald Trump. 😉 It’s a lot more important what Britons think about it.

And if it has failed, maybe that’s because it was handled poorly. Nigel Farage has said that he thought Boris Johnson’s deal was really a false Brexit:

“And I know, I know that there are people out there criticising me saying, well how can Nigel want to stop Brexit when Brexit is within our grasp? All I’m saying is, can we please think, again, I want Brexit but not a false Brexit.

“Not one that frankly doesn’t take us any further forward at all. And I can see the same arguments we’ve had in Parliament all this year being back in Parliament by May or June of next year.”

3 1/2 times as many Republicans as Democrats approved of Brexit. Anything the Democrats don’t approve of is usually a pretty good thing. 😉
