First Tennis Memory: Probably back in IMG with my dad (Ales Kodat) on the old center court. Just happy being on the court (age 4-5).

Tennis Inspirations: Well my dad’s my coach, there’s one. My sister used to play (Nicole Vaidisova).

First Famous Player You Met Or Encountered: Let’s go with Tommy Haas (at IMG).

Last Book Read: The Witcher’s Last Wish (Andrzej Sapkowski series).

Current Car: My parent’s car so far – Audi A4

Greatest Career Moment (so far): Would either be finals in a Challenger in Czech Republic or winning in US Open doubles (with Martin Damm Jr. against Mitchell Krueger/Tim Smyczek).

Most Painful Moment: It was probably when I broke my wrist in Junior Davis Cup. I fell, tripped over a line. That was in Budapest. I was fifteen, out for 6-7 weeks.

Favorite Tournament: US Open or Aussie Open, incredible atmosphere and everything.

Why Do You Love Tennis: It’s a little bit more difficult sport from all the rest. It’s a lot more individual. Always exciting. Something new every day.

Best You Ever Felt On Court: Probably last year when I finaled in the Challenger. I’d say third round (beat Federico Gomez 61 60).

Funny Tennis Memory: Maybe hitting a second serve and it hitting a line and bouncing over the fence almost. At a charity mixed doubles event in Florida.

Strangest Match: I remember one time playing a match a massive bee swarm flew over the court. We had to stop for a few minutes. I think it was Delray Beach.

Embarrassing Tennis Memory: No, not really.

Favorite Sport Outside Tennis: Ice hockey.

Three Athletes You Like To Watch & Follow: Casper Ruud. Nadal. Tampa Bay Lightning – Kucherov, Point, Palat. And I enjoy watching Hurkacz.

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Cookies and cream.

Favorite Artist: Illenium (American DJ and music producer).

People Qualities Most Admired: Friendliness. Funny. Humorous.
