Asked about his favorite sport outside boxing, the Austin, Texas native with dynamite in both fists, answered, “People don’t know I like tennis. I like one on one combat sports." Player Profile: Peter Lavalle

Pete172 By Christian Koskorelos When did you start tennis? In 2006 or 2007 I was jogging in the park and three guys asked if I would play doubles. I always enjoyed watching tennis on television but barely had played. I jumped in and from the start just concentrated on not making errors. It proved to be quite effective and to this day at a certain level, I believe it beats over 90% of the competition because people just cant resist going for an ill advised winner. Close … but no cigar

kafelmedved Andrei Medvedev was two sets up on Andre Agassi and at 4-All, had 30-40 with a second serve to break Agassi (who had just double faulted twice in a row) to serve for the French Open.
